Lock spin button postion in protected worksheet

Hi,
I ran into a problem with a spin button in a protected sheet. I unlock the spin button and the linked cell so that
I can click the up or down triangles to increase or decrease the number. But I can drap the button alway from
the cell, that I do not want to do that. I right click the button, to set up "Don't move and size with cells". But it
did not work.

Any idea? Thanks
