How to show data on screen but not while printing

    Hey,
So I was wondering if there is a way to show text on the screen while viewing/editing the workbook, but to not show those specific CELLS while printing.

    Thanks in advance.

Try using Ctrl + click and highlight the cells you do want to print, then set print area.
<--- If you like the answer, press *.

It takes every cell and prints it individually one cell per sheet.

OK, sounds like for your circumstance, that answer will not work. You could try altering the formatting (possibly with a macro if you'll need to do it alot) so that the text is the same color as the cell fill so the data isn't visible. The macro should be pretty easy to record, and you could have it print the workbook for you, then restore original formatting so you can see it again.
