Cool How to compact an excel?

I have a 18 mb. excel .. I've deleted aprox the half of worksheets and the excel has the same size.

After that I've made a copy of one of active worksheets and the excel size is now of 32 mb.

Is there any method to optimize or compress?

    Best regards

Only use formulas, charts, macros and formatting that is completely necessary. Remove the rest. Those 4 things can drastically increase the file size.

and save it as xlsb, also make sure that you don't have huge ranges of unused cells. Copy the active ranges into a new workbook, not the whole sheet by selecting the cells
