    How to consolidate a list of spreadsheet to monitor the status??

    Hi

    i have a spreadsheet with multiple sheet content with different countries and product range.

    This file is to keep track of the License No. / Notification No. for different countries and progress status.

    My difficulties is to sort out individual supplier for their License No. / Notification No. expiry date and in different countries.

    My question is;

    1. How can i can sort out in a fastest way to present the data?

    2. can i have a "action button" that able to click and all the require information is readily avialable?

    is it a Macro function able to do that? if yes, please advise how to do it.
