All cells not highlighting due to size

Hi guys,

This is probably really easy to fix, although it has me scratching my head!

A client has sent me a file of 10,000+ records. I am trying to put these into a new spread sheet to format them correctly for upload into a CRM. The problem is coming where I am highlighting the column that I want to copy and then pasting it into a new file - I am losing around 3,000 records. I can see where the problem is coming from - some of the cell sizes are "minimized" and not highlighting. Please see this picture to show what I mean:

(Cells 294, 295, 297, 298 etc. are smaller that the rest and therefore for some reason not getting highlighted.)

I have tried resizing all cells, checking if they are protected etc. but just cannot figure out a way to resize these all at the same time. Can anyone help please? If it helps, this is Excel 2010.

HI Stumossuk,

Welcome to the forum.
1) make sure that there is no filter applied.
2) select all rows and unhide them. Press ctrl + A - 2 or 3 times(entire sheet should be selected), alt + o + r +a
now try copying again.

The problem was somewhere in the filters that were applied - I didn't even think to look there! (I had them filtered A-Z, but something must have already been applied).
