Once entered cant be altered

Hi all,

am creating a spread sheet and i want to set a rule that once something has been saved to the spread sheet it cant be edited.

so say if i go into it and fill in cells a1 to a6 then save and exit is there any way that the next person to enter the spread sheet will be unable to change any of the data previously entered??
