In the attached sheet, jsinfo_new_2, in column H, dob, Date of Birth of applicants is present in different formats. Could anyone tell me if it is possible to change the format of these data into a single format?

Do this..
- Select column D
- Data -- text to columns -- delimited by -- next -- tab -- next -- date -- DMY -- Finish
