Won't convert xlsx to pdf well

Hi everyone,

I have to print sheet1 to pdf but when I save as a pdf in excel it puts all of sheet1 (which is supposed to be 5 separate paper pages) onto a single sheet. This requires then to zoom in almost 400% to be able to read it. I'm sure it's just a formatting issue but I doubt I'm using the page breaks in the correct way. The sheet used to be protected so there are lots of formatting quirks that may be to blame. My end goal is to convert it to pdf to be able to have someone sign the last page of the pdf on a tablet or ipad. Any help would be very much appreciated.Data collection practice.xlsx

Go to Paeg Layout -> page setup
adjust to : 100% normal size
go back to view-> page break
adjust all page break to your liking the( - - - ) lines
there should be "Page 1" etc. displayed.
then save as: pdf
