Vertical Table (choose your columns)

Is there a way to have an option on the far left (or anywhere) that allows you to select which columns you want displayed vs having to manually hide/un-hide columns?

I have no idea what it would be called, so I have no idea what to search google aside from "vertical table".

You will be having Group / Ungroup option under Data.
Select the columns which you want Hide - then press group option. If you want see those columns then press '+' symbol below formulae bar.
You can have multiple selections like this.
