Example your data is A1 to S10,

Then select T1, CTRL+SHIFT+arrow (right) and arrow (down)
    Home (tab) > Format > Hide&Unhide > Hide Columns

Then select A11, CTRL+SHIFT+arrow (right) and arrow (down)
    Home (tab) > Format > Hide&Unhide > Hide Rows

Select all (Ctrl + A), right click top panel (A, B, C column) select unhide.
Ctrl+A again, right click left panel (1, 2, 3 there) select unhide.

in addition alt+f11 to open vba editor set scroll area to $A:$S this will prevent someone unhiding them, simply clear the scroll area to reset
