    Conditional Formatting based on Combobox

    Hi There,

I'm trying to make conditional formatting based on combo box but without success,
I attached a sample of the file to this thread.
what i'm trying to do is that i will pick 2 dates from the combo box on columns M&N.
then, the conditional formatting will compare between the two columns of these dates at the data from the left and will flag in Red/green fillingif the successor date is before/after the predecessor.

    for example:
    if i pick "27-May" & "2 June",
    than the results should be:

    "E4" - will be Red.
    "E5" - will be red.
    "E6" - will be green.

    Many thanks.

    Why it won't flag weeks 5 6 7 8
They are all in between of dates in MN

    Thanks for your reply,

I know they are between the dates but i need to comparison only with the two dates in the drop down list.
    is it even possible?

I don't understand what you trying to do.
If you pick up 27.05.13 (that is in D column) then I understand you want to compare it with E column.
But in that case I don't understand why you need to pick up date in N2.

If you pick up dates in M2 and N2 then why you don't comparing dates in D and I column?

Because i don't want to compare only with the following week(i.e. Column D+E) ,but also to compare it between 2 different dates.
For example i would like to compare columns E+G (Only Cell G will be formatted at the table), and after that to compare for example C+H and the conditional formatting will be changed accordingly (only cell H will be formatted)
