clickable image that opens to predetermined file path to change image

I am trying to figure out how to insert a picture into an excel doc that when you click on it, the select file window opens and you can replace one image with whatever you choose. I can do this in Word with the developer tab. It is automatic. How can I do this with excel?

This is close, but when I chang the picture, it is rezised and moved to a different cell. I need to be able to lock the cell down so the picture cannot be deleted, but still place the new photo in the stretched to fit format, instead of half of my screen and covering the rest of the document. Over 200 other people share this doc, and I need it to be as easy as click, find picture, double click, done. The example I used before was Word. Might try that to see exactly what I was talking about. Thanks for the response though. Running macros is all new to me. I need a dummy version of how to do it.
