transfering info from sheet1 to sheet2 and have them lined up nicely..

up until now id input all the info on worksheet1 by hand,
and redo it again on worksheet2 by hand....

    WORKSHEET1
    A B C D
    1 Product QUANTITY Price/Unit TOTAL
    2 ProductA 100 30 3000
    3 ProductA DETAIL............
    4 ProductB 50 100 5000
    5 ProductB DETAIL............
    6 more ProductB DETAIL............
7 more and more ProductB DETAIL............
    8 ProductC 1 500 500
    9 ProductC DETAIL.......

    WORKSHEET2
    A B C D
    1 Product Quantity Price/Unit Total
    2 ProductA 100 30 3000
    3 ProductB 50 100 5000
    4 ProductC 1 500 500

was wondering if theres a way to let worksheet2 detect the following...
    1. if WKS1 B3=ISNUMBER,
then write info in WKS1!B2 to WKS2!B2 and WKS1!A2 to WKS2! A2 and so on...

what im trying to say is, info on the first worksheet are for customers,
its mixed with numbers and information so it is not nicely lined up....

so for personal memo purpose i needed them to be lined up nicely,
thats why im trying to create worksheet2... is there anyway to let excel ignore the spaces between each product...
and have them lined up nicely on worksheet2?

Do you have a sample excel file that you can upload showing us sheet1 and sheet2? It will be easy to understand what you need.

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
