    Question Dynamic web query

Here is a tutorial on how to make dynamic web queries: http://www.vertex42.com/News/excel-web-query.html
When making a dynamic weq query for google or bing, I have no problems, but I can't seem to make one to get my metar data from http://aviationweather.gov/adds/metars/ . Here I would like the parameter to be the ICAO code, say for example the ICAO code, ENBR (Bergen, Norway): http://aviationweather.gov/adds/meta...bmitmet=Submit

Any tips? Thank you so much in behalf!
