License info & Active X

I've been running Office 2003 without an issue for 8 years. It was correctly purchased and registered. Just recently I've been getting an error nag, Microsoft Visual Basic "License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this function in the design environment." "Active X component cannot create object." I'm assuming that an Active X license has expired. How can this be corrected?

Detect and repair?

Tried Detect & Repair... did not work for me. I have a workbook to keep track of golf scores and there is substancial VBA code involved. Worked without any issue for the past two years.

Went to Microsoft help files and found the fix. I ran Vbusc.exe and presto the issue has been resolved. Any way to mark this thread resolved?
