Set scheduled break and once i enter it on cell, it will result if i am adhering or non ad

hi, looking to get a formula for this:

situation:
i have 4 set of breaks: 1st break (10 minutes), lunch (1 hour), 2nd break ( 10 minutes) and personal break (10 minutes).

i would like to have something where in if a i am the set scheduled break and once i enter it on cell, it will result if i am adhering or non adhering.

example:

scheduled breaks are:
10:00 - 10:10
1:00 - 2:00
6:15 - 6:25

actual breaks taken:
10:00 - 10:00 result = adhering
12:55 - 1:55 result = adhering (breaks taken 5 minutes before the scheduled breaks is adhering)
6:30 - 6:40 = non adhering..

color should appear as well : adhering is green; non adhering is red.

really need help for this so bad..
