Removal of gap at the bottom of page

Dear All,

I am asking for a help but it is not an excel problem but a word problem. I am trying to print this document but when I print it, there appears a gap between the bottom of the page and the object at the bottom of the page. I have attached the word file (soft copy) as well as the clarification page for your kind review. Please help me in this regard

what does it look like in print preview,if its ok there then its your printer settings not word
