Pasting data into a table so as not to override existing Conditional Formatting

Is it possible to paste data into an existing table in a way that will preserve conditional formatting on the new records?

I have conditional formatting currently setup to highlight an entire row based on the value of one of the columns. When i add records to the table manually the conditional formatting works great, but when I paste records from another data source it invalidates my conditional formatting.

    Thanks!

You have a few choices. These are a few of them as there could be more which I haven't tested.
    1/ Paste Special, Values
2/ Paste Special, All Merging Conditional Formats...this one could be a little "iffy"
3/ Paste Special, Values and Number Formats
