Move/match Stock Ticker data from one Excel file to another

Good day,

I am looking to copy data from one file (Titled - "Max IS formated") to another (Titled - "Max multi quote"). The macro or vlookup has to match both a letter and a date in order to copy to the correct cell.

for example, copy Aux1 and Aux2 from file "Max IS formated":

Ticker Trans Date Aux1 Aux2
