    Staff Rota

    Hello,

    I am trying to devise a rota that highlights along a time planner so I can book appointments. I have been trying unsuccessfully using a layout I have attached.

    Opening hours --> 5:30 6:00 6:30 7:00 7:30 8:00..... - 22:30
    Name input shift
    Dan 10:00 - 14:00 formula to highlight that area along time scale

    Your help would make my working life a lot easier, many thanks in advance.

    Mark

    Can you explain a little more exactly what you need with maybe an example of the result you are after.

    See if this does as you need

    Example 1 uses a formula for the conditional formatting, all the C/F cells are blank.

    Example 2 the C/F cells contain a formula that returns TRUE or "", the C/F is then based on the cell value "TRUE", the formatting masks the value.

    Think what your current problem is then search this, or other forums, for similar situations.
    This will help more than any course I know of.

    "Dummies Guides" are also a good source for early learning.

    Happy to have helped ...
