    Red face Table Question

I am beginning to learn how to use Excel, so please be patient with me.
I have these two tables, like the picture shows.
I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to get the "food" items to generate in the second table without having to enter them manually?
For example, if I were to enter 3 food items out of 10 entries, on the second table, those food items would appear.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Re: Table Question

A Pivot table based on your original table would probably be the easiest option. You could then filter by whatever Category you wished and as your source is an Excel Table the Pivot would expand dynamically with it once refreshed.

    Hope this helps.
