Can you use a hyperlink to skip to a certain row?

I have a sheet of data and want to skip to a certain row. On my sheet I have a number that is fed in from another sheet. I want to skip to the row of the number fed in. Can I use the hyperlink function to reference this on its own sheet, so when i click on it, it skips to that row.

This is what I have so far as for a formula: =HYPERLINK("#"&VolHistProject&"!"&B7+5)

VolHistProject is the name of the sheet I am working on

    Any suggestions?
