Automatically calculate cash flow per month and summing them.

We have a lump sum of money coming in 4 different currencies, but the lump sums are paid in advance for 12 month of service, so we need to see how much revenue should be recognized per month. Is there any way to just put in the lump sums and have it automatically update and breakdown every time?

I have an example of the manual process i had.

My suggestion does not seem a lot better than you sample, but whereas yours will be a lot more complicated with more months, my formula will not increase with additinal months being recorded.
