Help !!! Need to breakup Shiftwise Headcount count into interval level Headcount

Hi, Ive attached a file wherein the shiftwise login Headcount is given need to break it up into interval level HC

I have no idea what an "interval level HC" is, and I suspect that there are a few others who also do not know.

I suggest that you show a sample of what you would like as the result (explaining how you got there) and someone will offer advice.
