Make changes on a workbook and have it appear on other user's computers

Is it possible to control the same document while others have it pulled up on their own computers, and while they are not able to make changes, I can make changes and those changes will appear on their computers?

    Hi
What you can do is create a new workbook and link all the cells to the new Master Workbook. Any changes made on the master will then automatically be replicated on the copy as long as both copies are on the same network and do not move to a different location. With the copy workbook you can share this with multiple users using the Shared Workbook function.
    Hope this helps.
