Hi All

I need help. In MS Excel can cursor move use tab to cell that we needed only. Data sample that will filled in cells B5, C7 & D10. Only the cell, cursor will move.

Yes. Using Formatting Cells, Select the Cell you would want to "Tab" to, then uncheck the Lock Cell Check Box. Repeat with other Cells you want to include, and then Protect the Sheet, while also unchecking Selecte Locked Cells.
