Creating User form in excel file

Hi Team,

I need to create a User form in sheet1 (not a macro), the user form should contain checkboxes. If I click that checkboxes the sub-checkboxes should appear. Please let me know how to do it in excel.

user form is a part of Macro or VSTO..

so do you want to create UserForm only by using Rectangles & some CheckBoxes.. which will look-a-like Userform..
