Highlighting dates after a set period.

Hi there.

I have a sheet i am working on at the moment, i basically have in Column A (named Interview Date) a date and in column Q (named Date Cleared)
another date.

What i want is so when i enter a date in column Q if the date is 14 days or more after the date in column A it will highlight Blue and if the date is upto 14 days after the date in Column A it will highlght green. I

is this possible

I appreciate any help.

Hi there thanks for the swift response.

it doesnt seem to work.

This is what i am doing, highlighting column Q
Selecting - conditional format
then highlight cells rule
if equal too
and then entering the above formula

I presume im doing this wrong.

Sorry to be a pain.
