    Excel to Word - Multi Line Invoice Template

    I am trying to mail merge to generate invoices from a spreadsheet. There can be multiple records for each project, and I want all those records printed on a single invoice.

    Excel spreadsheet Word template and PDF attached. Please help

    Your Excel Data source is not in a format that Word will use for a Mail Merge type document.

    You need one row per record with all fields for that row included. Column A of your Excel file will have to be filled in for each record deleting the empty row that now exists for each Project Name.

    I can not believe there is no way for me to do with with what I already have. There has got to be some sort of code out there that can help me.

    If you have access to the raw data that produced the report including the fields that are missing in the Excel data that you want included in the Word Mail Merge, you can likely produce the report that you want...with a lot of work formatting the data to be useable.

    If the raw data that produced this report is in a database program, that program should be able to produce the final product that you are looking for either directly or through a Mail Merge using that raw data.
