Hi there

I want to improve the printability of my excel page.

I want the text to stop at a certain column and to wrap around onto the next line after a certain point so that it prints on one page, rather than running indefinitely from left to right.

Does anyone know how to do this?

You can adjust page breaks from the page break view (http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/ex...005203049.aspx)

Also, consider what are you achieving by printing a spreadsheet. Do you really need all the columns? what is the document going to be used for?
Raw data is rarely user friendly or consummable, perhaps a summary/few columns would be just as effective in fulfilling your need..
