a way to column to text, insert the numbers of rows below, and copy new data in

Hello and thank you in advanced. I know you can do what I want to do with VBA but i don't have a good enough understanding to do this and looking for advice.

explanation of isssue (sample sheet attached)

I have rows of data with unique column headers (only 4 in the example sheet but 8k or so in what I need to use this for)

    Column A = Name
    Column B = School name
    Column C = State
    Column D = Email
    column E = Phone
    Columne F = user name
    Column G = Groups

The issue = Colum G (groups) has mulitple set's of number in one cell and what I need to do is create extra blank lines below the row in questions dependant on the number of unique numbers in Column G. copy all inforamtion (besides Column G (Group) to the blank lines we just created below. Then break up the numbers in Column G to have 1 number on each new rows in Column G.

I can do a Text to Column, count the unique numbers, instert manually the lines, the copy the data.

The issues is I have about 8k lines of data like this and doing this manually would take a day or so.

any thoughts on an easy way to accomplish this without doing it manually?

Example sheet attached with mock data.

first do text to column on your sheet.
