Need an easy way to present this in a good manner asap

I need a good way of presentation for this. As you could see in the file all the User ids in Bold. All those Bold user ids are having the access of the users in unbold below them. I need to know a good way to present them when some one sees the file. Can someone do and show it to me please. This is the file download link http://www.uploadmb.com/dw.php?id=1375028658

Please attach the sample workbook in this website itself instead of attaching it somewhere in the web.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    View Pic

Note: Please don't attach documents containing confidential data like (address, telephone, ID#s, etc.).

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.

Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
If I have helped, Don't forget to add to my reputation (click on the star below the post)
