Hi Everyone, I am hoping some can help me with a problem I am having. I tried looking through the search function but couldn't find anything on this particular issue.
I have a very large spreadsheet that is broken down into multiple worksheets. This spreadsheet gets sent to 35 people or so every month. Some people can open it and print it with no problem. One page per worksheet. That's what I see in print preview and that what I print. Others have issue printing the worksheet the way I see it.
One of the execs in my company sent me an e-mail about it. He said, "When you send information out please be sure the sheets are paginated so someone can print it easily." I can only assume when he prints the spreadsheet, it is printing differently on his printer.
We all use Excel 2010.
Can someone explain what he means by paginate? Why would that have anything to do with why when he prints he is getting something that doesn't look like what I am looking at. Lastly, how can I fix the problem?
Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
Fred
