Filling a series of formulas with weird cell formatting

Hey, I'm trying to make a sheet of labels autofill based on an input sheet. The problem I am having is that I can't get the formula to fill series due to the spacing of the label sheet (I think); and also that I have to take a vertical list and go horizontal with it. I've attached the sheet to see if anyone has any suggestions and also to see what I'm trying to do in case I didn't explain it well enough.

& If you want to change the font, or the size of the font or the formula range, use find and replace

Thanks for that. It wasn't quite what I was trying to do but it did help with some other things that I have coming up. I managed to get it to do what I wanted by adjusting the formula's manually. It took a little bit more time than I wanted it to, but at least it works now.
