Find->copy a fixed no. of cells from the found cell->paste to a new sheet or file->repeat

My title says it all. Below is an excerpt of my data file. Imagine this block of data is scattered all over this really large file with no fixed locations.

What I need to do is:
1. Search for the words, "resistance test"
2. Copy a block of cells starting from the cell that contains the word "Column" then end at the location where R31 and T4 meet. Other words, start at "Column", count 6 to the right and count downwards 5. This cell happens to have -0.004 in it.
3. Paste this table to a file or another excel sheet.
4. Repeat.
