    Copying data between sheets with static and un-static cell references

    Hi all!

    I'm trying to copy data from one sheet to another IF cell Q3-Q999 = "N", however some cells within the formula need to stay static.

    So far I have the following:

    =IF(ESTIMATEDB!Q3="N",ESTIMATETEMPLATE!$F$28=ESTIMATEDB!H3,"ERROR")

    The ESTIMATEDB!Q3 and ESTIMATEDB!H3 change depending on which row there in, for example Q3, Q4, Q5 and so on. The ESTIMATETEMPLATE! values are remaining static.

    In theory this formula should work but I'm starting to *** my hair our here!

    You can't use an = after the first comma in your IF statement. If you're trying to make something meet two criteria, use an IF statement inside an IF statement.
