Hidden Rows - Unable to unhide of unfreeze

Some formulas in another sheet refer to the first 10 rows of the sales sheet but I can see to see what's the reference is because the cell are not visable I have tried unhide and unfreeze but doesn't seem to work. Please see the attached and see if you can help me. Thank you.

Go to the upper left corner and when your cursor changes to the up arrow, two lines and down arrow (in the sidebar) just drag down the rows. Worked for me on your attachment.
