Stopping Excel Table from shifting other rows/columns

    Hi there,

I have a small table which gets refreshed from a query. Under the table there is more stuff. When the query returns fewer or more rows, the table shifts the data under the table (data is not related to the table) up and down, making it look bad and messing up the design of the Sheet as well as the formulas.

Is there a way I can select some more rows under the table and say, "don't change the dimensions of the selected range even when the number of the rows in the table changes"

Like, I want to have a safety net of 5 rows under the table so that regardless of whether I get fewer or extra records in the table after a refresh or filtering, nothing under the table shifts.
