Excel Collapse and expand

Well, I have been able to use the group option to create the expand/collapse list. But the "plus" sign comes outside the excel sheet and not beside the value of the cell as i want. How do I get that.

Attached is the excel sheet which gives the "plus" sign outside the sheet. I want it inside the cell.

P.S: I am using excel 10
