Which formula with three criteria??

Hello,

I am attempting to pinpoint the correct formula to write for the attached workbook in the H column.

If E3>F3<G3, then H column should say "B" since F3 is less than the other two.
If E4<F4<G4, then H column should say "A" since E4 is less than the other two.
If E5>F5>G5, then H column should say "C" since G5 is less than the other two.
