    Make A column, to be like this in B column

    In A column, i have people names like this :
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.

    i need them changed/formatted like this in B column :
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    letter in bold is in upper case, even the source is in lower case

    how to do that, please help guys, GBU for answering




    Nb. this is crossposting from here, still didnt get the answer, if already solved i will assign as Solved, really need the answer

    Your "bold" didnt come through, and its a little hard (for me anyway) to make out what you are trying to do

    To attach a file to your post,
    click advanced (next to quick post),
    scroll down until you see "manage file",
    click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
    click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

    Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
    You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
    1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

    do you mean .xls example? ok then here we go

    the input are in column A, the output should be like in column B

    ok with a few helper columns! i could have combined some with a few if's but it didnt seem worth it
