Select only filled cells in column to use insert command

I have a spreadsheet which contains data exported from another program. When it exports some of the lines are not lined up properly. I need to be able to select only the filled cells in the column to use the insert - right command. Can this be done?

Hi & welcome to the forum ,

in case column is filed with only data

select column press F5 -- special ---Constance --ensure (number , text, logical errors) are ticked

in case column is filed with formula

select column press F5 -- special ---formula --ensure (number , text, logical errors) are ticked
