Export a customized ribbon automatically???

Hello, I'm making a task sheet for my employees and would like them to see the option in the ribbon automatically that allows you to add a picture. I have made my custom ribbon with the "picture" command right under the Home tab. I want to email my workbook as an attachment to my employees and have that picture button right there in their ribbon when they open up the attachment. Is this possible?

This is not possible, for as far as I know. Just like semantics and syntax in formulas change when a file is opened on another computer.

What you could do, is recreate the picture button in the file itself, probably using macros. But that's probably a lot more work than just typing some instructions in the file on how to put the picture-command in the ribbon

If you add control to ribbon with vba (old commandbar code) it will appear on the Add-ins tab.

You would need to add customui xml to the workbook.
