Removing duplicate headers from a matrix

Hi,
I have a matrix in which there are duplicate headers and each row of duplicate headers has only one value corresponding to each column. I need to convert this matrix into one in which a header and its corresponding values for all columns appear only once. Example is attached.

Any help shall be highly appreciated.

Sure, if it is less costly to remove the Helper Columns than to remove the duplicate rows manually :-)
