Compare 2 identical pieces of data

I have a 10x10 table with numbers and the exact same column/row headers. This information is going to slightly change every week. What I want to do is have something like 2 pivots where I can select the date I want to view so I can compare any 2 given weeks. The size/column/row headers will not change only the actual figures. Is there a way to do this? I have attached a sample to show what I am trying to get, basically it would be 52 of these in a year and I want to easily be able to compare any 2 given weeks.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.table.xlsx

    Hi dg3

Using conditional formatting will highlight those cells that are different.

To set up CF, highlight B17:K26
Conditional formatting > New rule > Use a formula to determine.. > Format values: b17 <> B4 click on Format... and select a fill colour of your choice

Let me know if this is OK
