Trying to get data from Multiple columns within one column for each row

    Hello

I'm a novice at excel. I'm attaching a file that displays a sample of how my data looks like currently (about 3000 rows) and what i'm trying to achieve.
    Any help is appreciated..

    Thanks
    Shan

Re: Trying to get data from Multiple columns within one column for each row

    1) Highlight column "I" and press CTRL-1 to open the format wizard
    2) Set the Alignment to WRAP TEXT
    3) In I1 enter this formula: =E1&CHAR(10)&F1&CHAR(10)&G1&CHAR(10)&H1&CHAR(10)
    4) Copy that formula down
    5) Copy column I
    6) Do a Paste Special > Values (this removes the formulas and leaves the results behind)
    7) Delete columns E:H
