Conditional format with more than one rule

Hi, I have a table where Sales are in Column B and a % calculation is in Column E. I want to highlight the cells in green that are over 40% and that also meet the criteria where the sale in that row is above $100.

In conditional formatting I tried to use =and(b4>100,e4>40%) but it did not do anything. Any suggestion. I am also okay with using a nested if statement.

    Thanks.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
