Collapse Rows with +, -

I've seen spreadsheets with "+" and "-" on the side to collapse and expand rows... how do I do this?

Couldn't find it via the search function...

Not sure what version of Excel you have but if you yours is 2007 or 2010 do the following:

Select rows you want collapse then click on Data tab and choose Group.
