How to get a list from data

I need to get a list of different business units and departments with employee titles but not their names. the list should look like this:

A B C
100 T101 Sales
100 T301 Manager
200 B110 Sales
200 A200 Manager
300 T101 Sales
300 T301 Manager

I have a full page of data with information but I need to condense it to this list. Is there an easier way beside manually making it a table then take out the duplicates????
