counting cells based on colour

hi all,

how would i go about counting all of the cells in colomn H6:H50 that are conditionally formatted to be red if a certain answer is put in them.

Use the same kind of condition that you use for the CF - can you tell us what turns them red?

hi,

it differs basically on some the answer NO will turn the cell red on some the answer YES will turn it red and on some a number exeeding a certain amount will turn it red

i know i am a pain lol

What conditions have you set up in the Conditional Formatting dialogue boxes? Can you post them here?
